Q: I have won a game, but am not on the rankings - why? A: You must win 5 games before your name will appear on the rankings list.

Q: Intergalactics does not load correctly for me. A: Installing the latest Java version may help; downloadable at http://www.java.com. It'll definitely make the game run faster, if nothing else. If you still have a problem, it is possible the Intergalactics server is down. The Intergalactics server should never be down for long periods of time. If you are still having problems, please send an e-mail to support@spacedomination.com describing in detail what your problem is, as well as your java version, browser, and operating system, or post the problem on the forum.
